Furnace cleaning:
Burner cleaning, sensor cleaning, flue check, condensate cleaning, testing electronic components and CO2 check.
This is your normal basic maintenance check on operation of a heating unit and takes about 30 minutes.
Boiler cleaning:
Boiler cleanings depend on type of boiler. High efficient boiler cleaning is $150, Standard cast boiler cleaning is $100.
